Automatically adjust the ink amount, track the quality. The whole process from inspection to ink adjustment is totally automatic.

It can analyze the printing parameters, such as color, overprint, register,     reticle and so on. And add the parameters analysis of watermark, fluorescence image, connection line and so on for specialty printing.

It tracks the printing quality, and reduces the reject rate. And it can give an alarm for the quality error information, such as misprint, misting, specking, tinting, slurring and so on.

Analysis function for the integration printing quality. All kind of printing    quality parameters can be saved in database, and it also provides the interface  of  product quality monitor system based on  SPC , and can grasp  the  quality  status  in  time. The client software can provide the report function, and provide statistical reports for quality manager.

It transmits data by the standard industry Ethernet. It can communicate with press, without delay or lag. It can ensure to transmit data normally.

The information of chromatic aberration and printing error can be shown by many methods. And the printing information is clear at a glance. The chromatic aberration values can be sent to the ink keys automatically.
