KICS Remote Ink Control System
KICS remote ink control system is a precise digital ink control system specially equipped to printing press.The system divides the ink blade into multiple equal parts corresponding to each ink key, which is independently controlled by a micro-motor.The system applies advanced information sampling and data processing technology to accurately control the ink amount by changing the gap between the key and the duct.
Main Features
Straight moving structural design. Floating connects the tail of key and the output axial of motor, ensures the key straight move gently, and controls the ink amount more accurately.
The mechanical design composed of PC and embedded microprocessor ensures uninterrupted printing.
Hot-pluggable circuit design. The communication board and the motor driver module are hot-pluggable and interchangeable with uninterrupted printing.
Excellent mechanical design, super control precision. The strictly selected material, exact mechanical process and ingenious design eliminate the mechanical gap.
The standard design of each part facilitates the free optional combination of all parts. Support the key width between31.5mmand36mm.
Original structural design of flat ink blades with no cover, it is easy to install the ink septum. And it is according to the installation requirement in the specialty printing field.
Adopt the standard industry Ethernet communication protocol to control the software. It provides the high-speed closed-loop control interface to link with the Printing Inspection System, and can adjust the ink amount on-line.
Include CIP3/CIP4 interface, better extended function.
Enhance the integration, it provides the human-machine interface to control the press, like as ink tracing, ink and water control and the lateral, circumferential and diagonal plate registering. It integrates the resources and improves the efficiency.
